We’re looking for an ambitious and hungry salesperson, who can talk the talk, but also walk the walk!

Our office is in West London.

This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone with 1-3 years of retail and sales experience.

One day you might be non-stop on the phone and the next you’re demonstrating the product in person. 


 You’ll be: 

  • Handing retailer outbound sales: Reaching out and selling BeoBia to prospective retail clients

  • Handling retailer Inbound Sales: Responding to inbound requests that come through the website / marketing collateral

  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive long-term relationships with retail clients

  • Ensuring orders are fulfilled and each client can be upsold

  • Assist in organising the infrastructure e.g. sales pipeline, CRM, Tech tools, finance / order forms 

  • Negotiating prices, delivery, and other details with customers

  • Presenting the company’s products to clients in a favorable and structured way - often, during face-to-face meetings.

  • Jumping in to help other BeoBia teammates out every so often



  • 1+ years experience, ideally in retail 

  • Ability to close contracts and win business

  • Amazing people skills - comfortable speaking and pitching to people/groups

  • Excellent written and verbal communication 

  • Ability to work independently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment

  • A creative problem solver 



  • Salary (est £28,000 - £35,000)

  • Uncapped commission options
